The following documents must be included in the application file:
- A formal letter issued by the Romanian diplomatic mission in the country of origin or residency, or by the diplomatic mission of the nation of origin assigned to Bucharest.
- For a scholarship in Romania, the MFA application form (APPENDIX I) was properly completed.
- A letter of acceptance to study in Romania is issued using the MER application form (APPENDIX 2).
- copies of the achieved study credentials (baccalaureate degree or its equivalent plus bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral degrees, if any) that have been legally translated into English, French, or Romanian, if necessary.
- legalized copies of graduate-level matriculation documents and diploma supplements, along with any applicable legalized translations.

- Romanian preparatory year graduation certificate or, if relevant, a language proficiency certificate.
- In the case of juvenile candidates, a declaration regarding parental consent (in English, French, or Romanian) is required.
