Our team, which is comprised of approximately 400 individuals, is located in New York, Dublin, and Portland, and has a remote workforce. We are operational around the clock. The Customer Support Associates are the public face of our organization, engaging with clients daily to guarantee that any account-related issues are resolved promptly.

You will apply your system expertise and commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience to address user concerns while advocating for our brand. The lead of the customer support team is responsible for this remote position. You must be proficient in both written and spoken English and Japanese (Keigo) and be able to work remotely in one of our authorized U.S. states.

  • Conversation decoding, cause identification, and goal alignment comprise capabilities.

Cash Compensation Range:

The base salary for this position is subject to change based on job-related criteria, such as location, relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.

In addition to the aforementioned monetary compensation, which includes base salary and, where applicable for eligible positions, overtime pay, or on-target commissions, all Squarespace personnel are entitled to equity in the organization as an additional component of their overall compensation.
