Eligibility Criteria:
YTS is available to young permanent residents (ages 15–25) who hold eligible visas and meet certain criteria:

- A humanitarian entrant (e.g., refugee, Special Humanitarian Program participant)
- A family stream migrant with low English proficiency
- A dependent of a skilled migrant living in a rural or regional area with low English proficiency
